Beaches and Health
The 10 km of beachfront from Sottomarina to Isola Verde feature fine sand, whose psammo-therapeutic properties and reflective qualities are ideal for quick sun-tanning. In addition, the wealth of iodine in the air, which our bodies are capable of assimilating by breathing and through the skin, make the coastline of Sottomarina your best ally for health and beauty. Indeed, the ideal activity is taking long strolls along the coast, especially when the surf from the sea is a little agitated, breathing deeply to take advantage of all its benefits. As a host of the Hotel Le Tegnùe, you'll be able to make use of the private beach, with an umbrella and sun beds.
Sail, bike or walk. Suspended, between land, water and the channels of the Southern Lagoon to the Po Delta, admiring the typical age-old fishery pools and basins. An enchanting atmosphere that ends at dusk, gazing at the silent bright red sunsets that steel your heart with their irresistible beauty!
